We’ve tried to simplify the hand sanitizer needs for everyone. For one low monthly fee, we provide a FREE, top quality stand and touch free dispenser (valued at over $200!) and then send monthly shipments of sanitizer refills to ensure you never run out.




What kind of stand and dispenser do I get?


Your stand is highly reviewed and is one of the top quality stands on the market. It is easy to assemble and can be moved around your location if needed. The height is adjustable and its low centre of gravity makes it difficult to be knocked over. Your touch free automatic dispenser is also top of the line. Fully automatic, is comes with both options of batteries (that last up to 12 months) or a DC adaptor. No need to be constantly recharging. Refilling the dispenser is quite simple as well and can be done in minutes, as needed by your business.

With the importance of hand hygiene in today’s world, a sanitizer stand provides a convenient, and professional way to meet the needs of workplaces. Can I order more than 1 stand?


Absolutely. Through Hands & Stands you can order as many sanitizer stands as you need. Each additional stand you order will also come with an additional monthly sanitizer refill. PLUS, the more stands you order, the move you save through our multi-stand discount offers.




How many stands do I need?


Guidelines recommend that workplaces should have stands: - Near each entrance and exit - In communal areas. For high trafficked entrances, multiple stands may be appropriate.




How long will it take to get my stand?


Your stand, dispenser and first month of sanitizer ships the next day. Delivery times will vary but we expect an average of 3 days from the time of shipping. After you order, we’ll send you an email that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.




Can I just buy a stand?


Unfortunately, we don’t sell stands and dispensers on their own. We’d also wonder why you’d want to do that? We give the stand and dispenser for free, ensuring you save money AND you don’t need to worry about finding sanitizer to fill it.




What kind of sanitizer do you use?


We’ve searched for the best sanitizer we can find at the lowest prices and we pass those savings on to you. We only use a very high-quality hand sanitizer with 75% alcohol that is made in the USA and approved by the FDA. It not only works great, but smells and feels great too!




Can I get extra sanitizer?


Absolutely. We know that some businesses or retail locations are far busier than others. If you feel that you need additional sanitizer each month, you can add an extra bottle each month to your existing plan with little incremental cost. If the area where the stand will be placed is quite busy, it may be a healthier choice to add an additional stand to ensure that no one has to wait to sanitize their hands or choose to bypass doing so altogether.




Can I cancel my subscription?


Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no commitment. Simply return the stand and dispenser and you’ll incur no more costs.

Where should I place my Hand Sanitizer Stand?


Guidelines recommend that workplaces should have stands near each entrance and exit as well as communal areas. For high trafficked entrances, multiple stands may be appropriate. The stand should also be placed directly in the view and on the route of those entering or exiting. A key advantage to a stand is that you can place it in any convenient location rather than relying on customers seeing it taped to a wall or hidden on an intrusive table.




How do I order more stands?


If you would like to add additional stands to your subscription you can easily do so. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the ‘Add More Stands’’ option. And remember, the more stands you order, the more you may save.




When will the hand sanitizer ship out each month?


The sanitizer will ship out in advance of the monthly anniversary date of your order to ensure you receive it in time to refill your dispenser. So if you ordered on the 15th of a month, we’ll ship it out so that you receive your refill by the 15th of each month going forward.




What if I need more or less hand sanitizer based on the usage?


If you need more sanitizer you can easily add this to your order. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the ‘Add Sanitizer’ option. If you need less sanitizer the process is the same. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the ‘Remove Sanitizer’ option.




Can I fill the stands with my own purchased hand sanitizer?


This is not recommended. The sanitizer we provide is designed specifically to work with the touchless, automated dispenser you received. Other sanitizers, with different viscosities, likely will not work as intended and can cause permanent damage to the dispenser. If you need more sanitizer you can easily add this to your order. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the ‘Add Sanitizer’ option.




How do I update my account?


Updating your account is easy. Simply LOGIN to your account and you can easily: - Update your personal details and address - Update your payment information - Update you email address and preferences




How do I set up my stand?


The stand is very simple to assemble. There are 4 easy steps: a) Setup the base b) Attach the 2 poles together and put into base. c) Affix the backplate to the pole. d) Hang the dispense on the backplate. Can I cancel my subscription?


Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the cancel option. You can then choose to return the stand and dispenser or purchase it for a special low rate.




Can I cancel just part of my subscription or add more stands?


Of course. If you ordered more than one stand you can cancel those you do not need at any time. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the cancel option. You can then choose to return the stand and dispenser or purchase it for a special low rate. To add an additional stand, the process is the same. Simply LOGIN to your account and select the ‘Add a Stand’ option.




I have a problem with my stand or dispenser. What do I do?


At Hand and Stands, we will guarantee our stands and ship out a new, stand or dispenser as needed. However, it is very important to do some checks before you reach out. These include: Is the dispenser plugged in or did I check the batteries? Did I use only sanitizer that we’ve provided? The viscosity of other sanitizers could impact the dispenser’s ability to function properly. If there is still an issue, please contact us and we'll resolve the situation.




Do I need to do any maintenance?


Other than ensuring your stand is plugged in or your batteries are still charged, and refilling sanitizer when needed, there is no maintenance needed.




How do I refill my sanitizer?


Refilling is quite simple. First, use the key provided to open the dispenser outer shell. (HACK - if you lose the key, you can use any thin, straight object to poke into the holes and unlock the shell). Then refill the container with the sanitizer provided each month.
